If you prefer a physical gift voucher, you can visit our flight simulator at Suché mýto 1, 811 03 Bratislava-Staré Mesto. You'll receive an elegant gift envelope and a blank voucher in which you can write the details from the electronic version you received after purchase.

The choice depends on the number of participants and your budget. Longer flights allow more time to perform various maneuvers and explore selected destinations.

60 minutes – The most popular choice for 1 or 2 people, providing plenty of time for takeoff, maneuvering and landing.

90 minutes – Recommended for groups of up to 4 – 5 people, ensuring everyone has enough time for an unforgettable flight experience.

120 minutes – The most comfortable option, ideal for 4 or 5 participants who want a deep and immersive flying adventure.

30 minutes – An affordable option for a short but thrilling adventure, suitable for a single participant as the pilot.
Regardless of the flight duration, the number of spectators is not limited, but a maximum of four guests can be in the simulator at the same time.

Yes, we offer elegant paper gift vouchers that you can pick up in person at our flight simulator at Suché Mýto 1, Bratislava - Staré Mesto, Slovakia. To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us in advance to arrange a suitable pickup time.
If you already have an electronic gift voucher, you can transfer its details to a physical voucher and present it in stylish gift packaging – the ideal choice for a special surprise.

If you didn't receive a gift voucher, it's possible that you accidentally selected the „Pricing“ option on our website instead of „Gift vouchers“. In that case, instead of purchasing a gift voucher, you booked a specific date, which allows flexible booking within the 18-month validity period. Another possibility is that a small error occurred in your email entry, which may have prevented the gift voucher from being sent to your email address. If you have any problems, contact us by email at flyone@flyone.sk or by phone at +421 232 137 501. We'll be glad to help you resolve the issue and make sure you receive your gift voucher.

With a single gift voucher, up to four people can share the flight. One person takes on the role of pilot while the others watch from the cockpit. During the flight, participants can freely switch roles, allowing everyone to try takeoff, landing and controlling the aircraft.

For the best group experience, we recommend:

A 60-minute flight – ideal for 2 people who want to share time in the pilot's seat.

A 90-minute flight – the optimal choice for groups of up to 4 people, ensuring each person has enough time to pilot.

A 120-minute flight – the most comfortable option, providing enough time for all participants and an immersive flying adventure.
Whatever the flight length, it will be an unforgettable experience for all aviation enthusiasts!
