Payment and delivery

Choose one of the simulator options and press the “ORDER” button

You'll then be redirected to a page where you can do the following:

• enter your contact details (name, email, phone number)
• click the “ORDER” button and you'll then be redirected to the payment gateway page, where you can pay for your order by card

If you're unable to pay for your order by card, please write to us at flyone@flyone.sk and we'll issue you an invoice. Payment on site via terminal is not possible.

Complaints

A refund can only be made through the payment systems (insert names). Refunds cannot be made by any other method (in cash or similar), only in the same way the payment was made, by reversing the original transaction. If the account linked to the card or the separate account from which the payment was made no longer exists, the customer must state in the refund request the account number to which they wish the amount to be sent.

About delivery

Electronic certificates are delivered within 1-2 minutes of purchase to the email address provided when filling out the order form.

If you didn't receive the email with your gift voucher, please check that you entered the correct email address, as the gift voucher is sent to the email provided at purchase.
